There are very few places that serve Indian food that truly hits the spot.. this is one such place! Small place with traditional Indian aesthetics serving scrumptious parathas. Went for lunch with friends, my first time and was blown away. True to their name they have 101 varieties on their menu. Our server (Aishwarya) was very sweet and helped us with the selection . We ordered #29, 58 and 63. I personally loved 58 ( egg chicken paratha). The parathas are pretty big and one will certainly fill you up. It comes with an option of a veg or non veg side curry and a creamy raita (yogurt dip) and yesss butter as well. If you’re a traditionalist do not miss the achar (pickle) from the bars. I’m certainly going back. Do try it out you’ll love it!!

Finger licking delicious foods. The food we ordered was fresh and tasted as if it was made to order. None of it was greasy or spicy. Rumali roti was pretty soft and parts has were flakey. Overall great experience..

This place was absolutely delicious. They have over 100 parathas and so many looked delicious. I let server know of my taste buds and she recommended me lamb kheema paratha and was spot on. She was very helpful and achar station tops it off. The parathas are so large it's for 2 people and flavorful! Service is great and I will definitely be back when I'm in dallas again for work.

If you're in Valley Ranch, you've gotta check out Paratha 101. I recently went, and seriously, the food was a hit. The Butter Chicken Paratha was perfectly savory, loaded with flavor, and just so satisfying. Then, for a sweet finish, the Gulab Jamun Paratha was absolutely delicious and sweet – a really fun and unique twist! Beyond the awesome food, the place itself is really nice. They've got comfortable seating, and the service was super friendly and welcoming. It's just a great spot all around for a casual, tasty meal. Definitely give Paratha 101 a try!

One of the Best Places for Indian Food. This place serves some of the most authentic and delicious Indian food around. Every dish is packed with flavor and made with fresh ingredients. There are plenty of options to choose from both food and beverages. So there’s something for everyone. The ambience is warm and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Highly recommended for anyone craving real Indian cuisine.

What a surprise- Indian bread/ crepe (Paratha) made in ways that I never seen - well done. 1 Paratha is enough per person, unless you are super hungry. Tried potato Paratha & chicken (there are several versions) - all good.. not greasy. Chef knows what he is doing - kitchen is a bit slow, but worth the wait. Parking can be tough during busy times. Will come back if I am in the area.

Definitely a must on the weekends if you want try different parathas. A huge section of vegetarian parathas available along with chicken paratha & also sweet kalakand paratha. Taste was really good. Paratha buffet @ 101 paratha is the first & only one in North America. We enjoyed every bit of it! Staff was very friendly & well maintained joint! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
